Ordering & Customisation

Q: How do I customise my order?
A: It’s simple! For mugs, simply select the product with the animal of choice. For apparel, choose your favourite dog breed, pick your item, your size, colour and illustration colour and that’s it!

Q: Can I request a specific animal that’s not in your collection?
A: We’re always expanding our designs! Contact Us, and we’ll see what we can do.

Q: What sizes are available?
A: Our unisex t-shirts and hoodies come in a xx-small to xx-large and x-small to xx-large for the women's t-shirts.  You can find a detailed size guide on each product page to help you choose the perfect fit. If you require a size outside of this range, no worries - Contact Us and we can arrange this. 

Sustainability & Materials

Q: Are your products eco-friendly?
A: Yes! All our apparel is made from sustainably sourced, vegan-friendly materials, and we use ethical production practices.

Q: Are your inks and prints safe for the environment?
A: Absolutely! We use non-toxic, water-based inks and heat transfers that are eco-friendly and long-lasting.

Shipping & Returns

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship across the UK. We ship using Royal Mail second class tracked delivery for a flat rate of £3.50. We hope to expand outside of the UK in 2026.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Since each item is custom-made, orders typically take 2-5 days for processing plus shipping time. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way!

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: As each item is made to order, we only accept returns for faulty or incorrect items. If you have an issue with your order, Contact Us, and we’ll be happy to help!

this date will be dispatched when they
