Customisation, shipping & delivery

We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely.

Customisation can take anywhere between 2-5 days depending upon workload (we do work weekends) and stock levels of garments.

Delivery Times

We use Royal Mail second class tracked service as a standard
Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days from dispatch

Shipping Costs

Standard Delivery: £3.50

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email from us and then another from Royal Mail confirming they have your parcel and when it will be delivered.

International Shipping

We currently don't ship outside the UK but plan to expand to the rest of the world in 2026.
